Proper Nutrition is What We Need

Proper nutrition is what we need in our daily lifestyle and we must have this to make our life better. we must eat vegetables and plenty of fruit because it gives many nutrients and vitamins to our body. We must eat nutritious food and balance diet and we must drink at least 8 to 10 glasses of water everyday. We must also keep on excercising. To prevent some diseases you must avoid smoking cigarettes because it damage your lungs and it give diseases like lung cancer and you must also avoid drinking alcoholic. If our immune system is weak we have to take vitamins to become our resistance will be stronger. We must avoid on exceeding to eat food that have a lot of fats or lipids because there are many cholesterol that we can take to that food and it can also cause of hyper tention and high blood.

We have to take care our body and health and keep to follow the Proper Nutrition so that we will enjoy our life longer and nice to live. And we can easily meet our GOAL in life with healthy life.
